Each pair of customer-AI messages is logged chronologically at the Scope level for audit. The information you can trace in Conversation History includes the input message from the customer, how the AI interpreted the message, how the reasoning engine classified the conversation model, the input parameters and response when a webhook is used, and how the AI responds.
