Test

Before you begin

You need to have a Subject in your Scope to test it. To learn how to create a Scope, see Quickstarts: Create Scope. To learn how to add a Subject, see Quickstarts: Add Subject.

Test in Sandbox

On the Subject details page, you can open the Sandbox panel and test the Subject. Enter a customer input message to initiate a test session, and see AI responses. You can check out AI action details if you click on each AI message. To learn more about Sandbox, see Concepts: Subjects - Sandbox.
