Live Chat
Mind Expression has the capability to help users get to interact with the agent. The Agent can access the Live Chat through Mind Expression and will see the active sessions with which end-users are currently interacting.

When the user interacts with one of your scopes, the Live Chat will automatically populate. That consists of what was the first input from the user, Session Details, and the Type of Channel where the user came from. To learn more about how to test in Sandbox, see Live Chat
